The reviews look at both the <strong>entertainment value<\/strong>, <strong>historical context<\/strong>, and the <strong>educational affordances<\/strong> of each game. The database is also searchable and indexed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-0aa01211 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/yorkgamelab.com\/db\/\">\ud83c\udfae Click here \ud83c\udfb2<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"current-topics\">Current research projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of the topics that students are currently researching (as of 2026\/01\/11):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Survive!<\/strong> &#8212; a game to learn about <strong>disaster preparation<\/strong>. The game also serves as a platform for exploring how different age students engage in collaborative and cooperative actions.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learn more about the project <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ludens__studio\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of a game for junior high and high school students to increase their <strong>financial literacy<\/strong> skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A regional collaborative project in Hidakacho in Hokkaido, increasing awareness of the importance of the <strong>horse racing industry<\/strong> in the
